Business Overview
Perfect Copy & Print is a local, small, woman-owned digital print shop on Capitol Hill in Seattle. It’s been on Capitol Hill (in a few different locations) for 30 years and has evolved over that time to meet the changing needs of our small business, nonprofit, restaurant, bar, event, artist/illustrator, and community customers. We are a small but capable team of three looking to add a fourth to help handle our current business and grow as we adapt to the changing needs of our customers.
Mission and Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility
Our mission is to be profitable, sustainable, and contribute to a better future for every member of our community by delivering high quality printed and finished materials in a timely manner at a reasonable price to our small/medium business and our individual customers. Key to achieving this includes taking steps to continue increasing our awareness of institutional “-isms,” as well as uncovering and undoing the ways they show up in our industry. We recognize this is a process that requires intention, energy, and resources, and we are developing a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A) framework that can cultivate a work environment and customer experience that is truly welcoming for all.
We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace. We believe that having staff with diverse backgrounds enables us to better meet our mission and encourage BIPOC, women, and LGBTQIA+ individuals to apply. We acknowledge that our work to build safe spaces and better systems for traditionally marginalized groups is ongoing and will require constant vigilance and expect all Perfect Copy & Print employees to be part of our DEI&A journey.
We enthusiastically support and encourage applicants from a variety of communities and backgrounds, particularly LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and disabled folks. We will do our best to provide accommodations, access, or adaptations that you need for applying, interviewing, or working; however, we are not a scent-free environment. Please do not hesitate to inquire further or request these at any time.
